--------------------------------

LINEUP:
und ein paar Infos zu den Bands:
Hijokaidan:
Hijokaidan was formed by Jojo Hiroshige and Naoki Zushi in 1979 in Kyoto, and it is considered the first noise band in Japan and perhaps in the world.
They have played full volume improvisational noise for more than 25 years, and have become well known in the world as "King of Noise". Naoki Zushi left the band in 1980. However, in the same year the band got a new member, T-Mikawa. Around 1980 to 1982, Hijokaidan had various people playing in the band, and it got great attention by the media for their destructive performances. In the latter half of the 80's, JUNKO and Fumio Kosakai became regular members. After these additions, Hijokaidan settled with 4 members who are Jojo, T-Mikawa, JUNKO and Kosakai, though they occasionally perform with guests. They played with Nao Shibata, the drummer in 2004. Their popular album "Zouroku No Kibyo" came out in 1982 and has been a longstanding hit. Hijokaidan have done many shows overseas, and have released their works on labels in England, the United States and Spain. This is the first (!) Show in Germany. The line-up for it is: Jojo & Junko.
Neuheit 08.04.2009:
William Bennett (Whitehouse):
William Bennet is back. After the split with Phillip Best, Bennet will perform his shows alone, like Whitehouse was funded back in 1980. He play his concerts with the same intensive power as always. So be patient and look forward to the Powerlectronic legend's first solo performance in Germany since many many years.
Minamata:
Minamata is a long running Industrial act from France founded in 1983. After a few releases and a long silence they played their first concert back in 2007 in France. Now can proudly present Minamata the first time in Germany with a brandnew live performance you will never forget.
Satori:
UK act Satori began life in the late 80s (Dave Kirby and Rob Maycock). After Maycock's departure, Justin Mitchell joined in early 1994. Satori disbanded in 1996. A decade later Mitchell resurrected the project with Neil Chaney (Pessary). Satori toured Japan with fellow Brits Sutcliffe Jgend in April 2007. http://www.myspace.com/satoriofficial
Atrox:
Andy Stöferle founded this project back in 1992. One year later he has released his first tape called "Neutronengesänge". After a journey through the several styles of the Industrial music, he is back to the roots with a more powerful program than ever. His performance will be a great mix of music and a brilliant light show.
Irikarah:
IRIKARAH started 1994, because of getting bored about listening to other music. IRIKARAH has the opinion, what other can do, he can do even better:-). Since this time, his music grow to a real monster of the Industrial music scene and transformed to a noise wall of destruction.
Flutwacht:
Powerlectronics / Industrial / Noise music from this Simon Daniel since 2003. He has performed in serveral European cities and released many many great cds and tapes. His label Apocalyptic Radio is well known for the special packings of the releases.
Code 243:
The old-school industrial project of Peter Savelkoul started as a experiment, after Max of Steinklang heard a demo tape he directly offered Peter a deal for a LP/CD release on his label, 'Urban Guerilla'
was released in 2004. The project did a few gigs in Austria, The Netherlands and Belgium.
N.Strahl.N:
M. Lhr founded this experimental-industrial-noise project in 2007. Since this time he has released several great cds. Experimental sounds, unconventional field recordings and low rythms will be combined with heavy noises and industrial fragments..
Mezire:
We formed MEZIRE in 1995 as a Dark Electro Band. During the first years, we published several albums in this style ("Promo 1996", Hardware", "Collector", "Induction"). Through the years, we evolved our sound more and more to Industrial. These new influences become apparent on "95 - 99", a kind of Best Of. With our last album, "Reanimate", released in 2004, we achieved a perfect symbiosis between Power Electronics/Industrial and Dark Electro.
Phelios + Stritzel:
PHELIOS is a one-man project by the german musician Martin Strtzer. He lives in Wuppertal and studies music. He started spreading his music for free on the internet in 2002. After some netlabel releases on TONATOM and ENOUGHRECORDS he released a CDR called "Mountains of Madness". In 2006 the german Industrial / Darkambient Label ETERNAL SOUL RECORDS released his first Album "Images and Spheres" On this special Theremin concert he will collaborate with C. Stritzel.
