The German Penjaga Insaf delivers enigmatic, ritualistic soundscapes built from layers of percussive, deeply meditative patterns, interwoven with original field recordings made by the artist during extensive travels through Indonesia. Italy's Vestigial presents an immense stream of pitch black ambience infused with dark tectonic upheavals and voice fragments that boil forth from a seething flood of magma before sinking back into the molten stew.
