Seasons greetings from the House of Liberties! This is going to be our last news update in 2004 and instead of looking into the past, we're about to provide you some fresh news to start your new year appropriately. We thank all our listeners for their enthusiasm, faith and joy they have rewarded us with so far and wish everybody a great new year 2005!

Artist News:

First opportunity is to remind you about AGNIVOLOK's very first stage appearance in Europe, as support of SOL INVICTUS and MUSHROOM'S PATIENCE in Zürich (Switzerland) on January 29th, 2005. AGNIVOLOK will hereby be supported by Henryk Vogel of DARKWOOD - details can be found under http://www.totenlicht.ch.

STATEART also highly recommends and (for those who tend to ignore recommendations) commands you to buy a copy of "Lapis", a collaborative CD between DARKWOOD and CHAOS AS SHELTER under considerable influence of AGNIVOLOK. Released by Heidenvolk (http://www.heidenvolk.de) and available wherever you find good music.

THE SWORD VOLCANO COMPLEX has almost finished the recording and mastering process for his forthcoming album "Cinnamon For The Phoenix". We can't wait having the final result in our hands - from what we've heard in advance, this album is definitely going to be an epic milestone! "Cinnamon For The Phoenix" will be released by STATEART as VERY limited collectors Picture LP edition, exclusively designed by the one and only Val Denham (http://www.valdenham.com) and autographed by all artists (and there are quite a few) who participated on this project, and on Compact Disc. Welcome to the STATEART family, Mr. NICK GREY! What started with a stunning fascination when we first heard NICK GREY & THE RANDOM ORCHESTRA's debut album "Regal Daylight" (Sensitive Records - http://www.sensitiverecords.com), has now become a pact and an act of passionate love. After committing suicide in a Geneva 1st Class Hotel, Mr. Grey decided to escape his new comfortable, but straightout boring home in heaven, descent back down amongst the living and record another EP, lovely called "The Candlelight Eyes EP", for STATEART. Coming down the road in 2005 - Omar Sharif style, of course!

"Kunstkamera" is going to be the next album by GRUNDIK+SLAVA for STATEART. We do not dare to tell you what to expect and in the meantime we advice to catch a copy of their brand new album "Frogs", released by Tophet Prophet and Auris Media in Israel. Quack!
