E-40 (not U) ist the name of the location.
It's not far from AUTOBAHN Abfahrt (exit) DRESDEN NEUSTADT.

You come down from Berlin on AUTOBAHN A13. In Dresden, at DREIECK DRESDEN_NORD A13 joins A4 city-wise. Just go on (next exit Dresden-Flughafen, don't leave there!)

Just leave at DRESDEN NEUSTADT(last exit BEFORE you cross the river) and at the exit turn RIGHT (out of city) and next street turn in left (at Riegelplatz into GRIMMSTRASSE). After 100meters there is a street joining. Opposite to the second street there is an entrance (We will put a sign there!) for a lager property. Drive along the houses (through the gap) and you will see a field. Middle of the field, there is a little house, where the way leeds to. That's E40!
